My unique flower basket necklace was inspired by the scandalous French book “Dangerous Liaisons”.  I can easily imagine the 18th Century aristocrats in the book wearing a charming and feminine necklace like this. There is an abundance of pretty pink beads and sparkling crystals.  Last year this piece featured in a companion exhibition to the Lichfield Literary Festival.  The theme of the exhibition was works inspired by great literature.  Following the positive feedback, I am now excited to offer this necklace for sale.

In Detail;

I have re-purposed a vintage gold tone flower basket brooch (first half of the 20th Century) as a pendant. It is set with a variety of deep pink. pale purple and clear paste stones (rhinestones – all original).  This lovely basket is now hanging from a necklace made up of semi-precious Rose Quartz, Fresh Water Pearls, heavy vintage crystals and new faceted glass beads.  To finish it off, I have interspersed all of these with small gold plated spacer beads.  It has a new gold plated and nickel free lobster clasp.  I have also fitted an extension chain so you can adjust the length to suit your tastes.

For something a little different from the High Street, and always made with ethical principles at heart!
