“Deborah Jayne” is all about rescuing the old and neglected.  And then with love & inspiration, I upcycle these pieces & design exciting, unique & timeless jewellery.  Every upcycled handcrafted piece that I make is a one-of-a-kind mini work of art that I feel proud to have given a new life!

My love affair with anything “vintage” began as a child, endlessly sorting through my grandma’s jewellery box, fascinated by the pretty, sparkly costume jewellery of the 1940s and 50s.  For the past 20 years I have worked with art and antiques as a Valuer.  But now with two sons & the pressures of family life making demands, I felt it was my chance to create the perfect ‘work/life balance’. With my very own jewellery brand, I can reflect my own sense of style and love of glamour!  

Every piece I work with is carefully sourced, cleaned and redesigned to make beautiful, quirky and elegant creations. Each is uniquely beautiful and holds its own secret past…. Where have all the elements come from?  What history do they hold? Deborah Jayne re-crafts the beauty of the past for discerning women today.
