Arrange Collection or Delivery
If you are local to Lichfield, Staffordshire, England you are very welcome to arrange collection/ delivery. When placing an order please choose the ‘Collection’ option and email me at info@deborahjayne.co.uk with your contact and purchase details. I will endeavour to arrange a speedy and convenient collection or delivery!
Ethical Packaging
In line with my ethical standards, I use recycled packaging where possible. All jewellery gift boxes are from the Tiny Box Company (exclusively made with recycled materials) and don’t be surprised if your order arrives in a re-purposed box that I’ve commandeered, for instance a shoe box, to give extra strength and protection!
Terms & Conditions
All pieces of Deborah Jayne jewellery will be stylishly boxed and carefully packaged. Upon receipt I hope you will love your unique purchase as much as I loved making it, but if not, don’t worry, my no quibble returns policy means you can return anything in unused condition within 25 days of the dispatch date.
